When COVID-19 hit in 2020, the food industry was hit hard with many longstanding establishments forced to close for good. These effects haven't gone away and yet, the industry has changed rapidly. From TikTok to remote work, staying relevant and busy can feel challenging. Since 2021, we've helped hundreds of businesses re-energize their pockets through pro-bono work.
The Caiti Program is dedicated to Caiti Kelley, cousin of co-founder David Rothstein. Caiti passed in January at the young age of 32 and worked in the restaurant industry for 14 years. She saw how devastated the industry she loved had become and never got to see its recovery, so we thought it was only fit to name and dedicate a program aimed at helping it to her.
